Although the major aim of the psychological science is to understand, explain, and predict individual (human) behavior, it is quite apparent that we are the members of different groups.
The purpose of ISLE 466 Group Behavior course is to enable students understand group behavior and group dynamics. Group dynamics, forming groups, communication with/in groups, group productivity, leadership and power, group conflict, and special groups are some of the topics that will be discussed in class sessions.

Evaluation of Student Performance and Grading
In ISLE 466 Course, you are going to be asked to present your knowledge in a critical and creative manner. Although, the format is similiar to standard examinations, the actual performance is dependent on your skills in analyzing, comprehension and written presentation. For these informed assignments and quizzes you will be able to use any material (books, your notes,… etc.). All assignments and quizzes will be evaluated on a 4-point-rubric scale.
30% - Creative Essays, Exams and Assignments 30% - Midterm 40% - Final Exam
